Colours for blonde hair
This is your palette
In our quiz blonde hair leans a little towards warm and keeps everything light, so blondes most often land in a Spring palette, usually a light one, and less often in a light Summer. Which of the two is decided less by the hair than by your eyes and skin: a golden blonde and an ash blonde rarely end up in the same palette.
What it says about your colouring
On its own, it leans warm.
It leaves clear or soft to the rest of your colouring.
It reads light.

Tips
- Look at your hair in daylight first. Golden, honey or strawberry blonde takes warm light colours – peach, coral, warm cream, light camel. Ash or platinum blonde takes cooler, softer ones – powder blue, dusty rose, lavender, soft grey.
- Blonde hair is light, so solid black right under the face can weigh it down. Try navy, chocolate or charcoal there instead, and keep black for trousers, shoes and bags.
- Choose your white by warmth: ivory or cream next to golden blonde, soft white next to ash. A stark optic white is the one most likely to look harsh near light hair.
- Your eyes decide how bright you can go. With soft grey or blue eyes, light muted colours are the safe start; with clear, bright eyes, a blonde can often carry clearer, more saturated colours too – the quiz checks that against your eyes and skin.
How to find your palette
Colour analysis reads three things in your colouring: warm or cool, light or deep, clear or soft. The quiz asks about your eyes, hair and skin, looked at in a mirror by a window in daylight. It never photographs or scans your face, and the palette it finds is yours to keep.
