1. Who you contract with

MondeStyle is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Rustam Alibekov, trading as Muffin Studio, Tsintsadze Street 12, Tbilisi, Georgia – “we” on this page. Write to us at support@mondestyle.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it sells you the subscription and the add-ons, takes the payment and handles tax and billing, under its own buyer terms. These terms cover the service we provide once you have bought it.

In the iPhone app the subscription is sold by Apple. Apple takes the payment from your Apple account and handles tax and billing, under Apple’s Media Services terms. The app itself is licensed to you under Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement, together with these terms; where the two differ, these terms add to it and do not take anything away.

2. Age

You must be 18 or over. The store listing carries the same rating, so the two do not contradict each other.

3. What this is

MondeStyle gives opinions about clothing. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice and makes no claim about your health.

4. Subscription and payment

$11.99 for the first 7 days, then $49.99 every four weeks until you cancel. Thirteen four-week periods fall in a year, so a full year is $649.87. The style assistant add-on is $19.99 every four weeks, charged with the subscription and cancelled with it; added during a trial, it is first charged when the trial ends. The Style Book is one payment of $19.99, taken when you add it, and yours to keep. We will not change the price of a subscription you hold without 30 days’ notice.

In the iPhone app there is one subscription, by the week: the first week at an introductory price, then every week until you cancel. The App Store shows both prices, in your currency, before you confirm, and the introductory week is offered once to each Apple account. The payment is taken from your Apple account when you confirm. The subscription renews by itself unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the week ends, and the next week is charged within the 24 hours before it begins. The add-ons and the Style Book are not sold in the app.

5. Cancelling

App, Subscription, Cancel. One screen, and the same screen then shows the cancellation. If you would rather write, support@mondestyle.com works and we act within one working day. We will not require you to email us and we will not put a retention offer in the way.

In the iPhone app, in your Apple account: Settings, your name, Subscriptions – or My style, Subscription in the app, which takes you there. You keep everything until the end of the week you have paid for.

6. Right to withdraw (EU, EEA, UK)

14 days from the start, no reason needed, refunded in full. Ask for immediate access and you still get the unused part back.

7. Refunds

Set out in the refund policy, which exists and is linked here. A term that points at an unpublished document is not a term.

In the iPhone app Apple took the payment, so a refund, and the right to withdraw in section 6, are asked of Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com, and decided under Apple’s rules. We cannot refund an Apple payment ourselves. If Apple says no and you think you are owed it, write to us and we will help.

8. Complaints

Write to us first. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live, including your right to your own local courts. There is no compulsory arbitration clause and no class action waiver.

9. Liability

We are liable as the law makes us liable, and exclude nothing the law does not let us exclude.
